Dealers who sell Prince products shall not engage in the following or Tennis Source may elect to cease providing product to that dealer:

Sell Products directly or indirectly in any fashion other than in a direct to end-user consumer retail model which has been approved, in writing, for a specific retail location in advance. Sell Products directly or indirectly, via the internet, website sales, Amazon sales, eBay, ecommerce and any other online auction site sales unless approved, in writing, prior to dealer making any such sale.

Tennis Source Shipping Policy

  • UPS Ground shipping for all Tennis Source orders.
  • Rush or upgraded shipping available upon request at customer's cost.
  • Shipping charges apply to all footwear orders and any orders which do not meet free shipping qualifications listed below.
  • Shipping charges are determined by weight, dimension and destination.
  • Orders shipping to HI, AK, and all US territories pay shipping at cost.
  • No shipping available outside the US or its territories.
  • Tennis Source will ship to the account holder's primary address only.
  • No direct to Dealer's customer shipping available.
  • Orders with out-of-stock items ship when all items are in stock. If customer instructs to ship only in-stock items - shipping charges apply to both shipments.
  • Orders placed by 1pmET typically ship same day.
  • Orders placed after 1pmET ship next business day.
  • One shipping charge for orders with items shipping from two warehouses.

HOW TO EARN FREE SHIPPING WITH TENNIS SOURCE

  • FREE SHIPPING for Prince racquet orders of four or more current series racquets (does not include demos).
  • FREE SHIPPING for Prince string and/or Prince accessories orders of $150 or more.
  • FREE SHIPPING offers cannot be combined with footwear or any products from brands other than Prince. Estimated shipping for qualifying Prince string or racquet totals will be deducted from total weight of combination orders.

Drop Ship Policy

  • Price includes UPS Ground shipping.
  • All court equipment, Stringing Machines, Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and can ONLY be returned to the manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges.
  • All court equipment, Stringing Machines, Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Court equipment, Stringing Machines, Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Warehouse.
  • Manufacturer warranties will vary. Please view product details for warranty information.
  • Returned product can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
  • Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer, as pre-paid return shipping labels are not available for drop shipped items.
  • Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify condition of product returned.

Tennis Source Return Policy

  • ALL TENNIS SOURCE SALES ARE FINAL.
  • In the unlikely event an item(s) is received with a defect or damage caused by shipping, Tennis Source must be notified within 30 days of the order date. If approved, the defective or damaged item will be replaced at no extra charge. Photos of the damage/defect are required.
  • Return shipping labels will be provided only for mis-ships or authorized returns at the discretion of Tennis Source.

Drop Ship Return Policy

  • Any drop shipped item (shipped directly from manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Warehouse. Please email machines@tennis-warehouse.com with your return request.
  • Any restocking fees and return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items.
  • Drop shipped items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

Prince/adidas Warranty Information:

Only Prince T22, T22.5 and T22 Lite shoes and select adidas shoes carry a Six Month Outsole Durability Guarantee.

All adult Prince racquets carry a One Year Defect Warranty. Cracks due to impact or excessive wear are not covered.

  • All warranty/defect claims will be managed via email.
  • Warranty replacements accepted through the Tennis Source Dealers only and not directly with the Dealer's customer.
  • Email warranty requests to your Tennis Source account manager.
  • Photos are required for each warranty item demonstrating the reason it qualifies (valid sole warranty, cracked racquet, etc.) along with a photo of the customer's store purchase receipt.
  • A one-time warranty replacement will be shipped to the Dealer when claim is approved.
  • If the original product is no longer available, Dealer and Tennis Source will agree to a replacement of similar value.
  • No credits or refunds will be given for warrantied items.
