Enter your email address in the field above then click the 'Reset' button
Once you click the reset button, you will be sent an email with a temporary password that is required for the reset. Copy the temporary password from the email and click the link to the account.html page. *Note: The temporary password expires in 3 hours. If it has been more than 3 hours you received the temporary password email, you will need to reset again.
Enter your email address, paste your temporary password and enter in your new password on the account.html page and hit "change" button.
